poverty and social isolation and to restore hope for a better future.
Ankur (Tutorial home for first-generation learners)
Primary education plays a vital role in every child’s life as it helps in shaping and developing their personality. Through Ankur, we not only make education accessible to first generation learners but also help them understand a subject to develop understanding and analytical thinking.

21 June 2021
The day our journey began- a journey of compassion, service and hope.
Medical Camp I
July 2021
First medical camp held at Kumirmari. Served 250+ beneficiaries through free health consultation, medication and awareness sessions.
Joy of Giving Week
October 2021
Collaboration with Sangbedan for a week-long dance and drama workshop for special children, promoting inclusion and equal opportunities.
Engaged 80+ special children for holistic cultural program.
Medical Camp II
November 2021
Second medical camp at Kumirmari for women and children.
Reached 250+ underprivileged members with essential health checkups and medication.
Launch of Project Re-Turn
March 2022
Trained 10+ young adults and focused on skill development in stitching and upcycling clothes into useful products.
Eye Camp I
May 2022
Consultation and awareness held at Kumirmari, followed by cataract surgeries for those in need.
Helped 100+ community members.
Launch of Project Ankur

First Generation Tutorial for underprivileged and underserved children.
First Re-Turn Exhibition
August 2022
Held an exhibition for 2days where the children sold the items made by them and earned share from sales of products they made.
8 children enrolled for Project Ankur.
Durga Puja Milestone

10+ Ankur children performed publicly for the first time in a cultural program.

• Medical camp held at Pathar Para, Rajat Jubilee.
Helped 250+ beneficiaries.
Eye Camp II

Eye camp organized at Rajat Jubilee, Pathar Para.
Served 200+ community members.
Launch of Second Chance

New initiative supporting rehabilitation and reintegration.
2 got jobs in a tailoring unit, 2 got involved in masonary.
